Regular exercise will help you feel better, improve your balance, and contribute to your overall health. We can work on that together at St John’s!

What: Low impact stretching and lite exercise – THIS IS NOT MARTIAL ARTS
Where: St John’s Education Building – Ground Floor in the Tapestry Room
When: Tuesday and Thursday 1 – 2 PM (April 2 – May 30) $25/session
Who: Led by Mike Visgauss who has 40+ years of training in Shotokan Karate, Iaido, Tai Chi, Yoga, and coaching Lacrosse.
**For: ALL – especially adults who have not been active for a while!**
Equipment needed: loose clothing, tennis shoes (a mat is optional)
Why: We can all benefit from the advice of a local doctor who observed:
“Ailments you may get from being active are more often preferable to those you get from being inactive. DO SOMETHING!”
