Regular exercise will help you feel better, improve your balance, and contribute to your overall health. We can work on that together at St John’s!

What: Low impact stretching and lite exercise – THIS IS NOT MARTIAL ARTS
Where: St John’s Education Building – Ground Floor
When: Tuesday and Thursday 2:00 – 3:00 PM (21 March- 27 April)
Who: Led by Mike Visgauss joined St John’s 3+ years ago, he has 38+ years of training in
Shotokan Karate, Iaido, Tai Chi, Yoga, and coaching Lacrosse.)
**For: ALL, especially adults who have not been active for a while!**
Cost: $0….. probably the best “Health Club” deal around!
Equipment needed: loose clothing, tennis shoes (a mat is optional)
Why: We can all benefit from the advice of a local doctor who observed:
“Ailments you may get from being active are more often preferable to those you get from being inactive. DO SOMETHING!”
