If you grew up in another church tradition, or none at all, you may be a candidate for Confirmation or Reception into the Episcopal Church.
The rites of Confirmation and Reception mark a formal, public decision to walk the Way of Jesus with others on the “Episcopal branch” of the Christian family tree. These rites are celebrated in the presence of a bishop, and are a time for the parish to celebrate that the Church’s ministry grows stronger and our community is enriched as our tree and branches grow!
If you’d like to consider being confirmed or received into the Episcopal Church this June when our Bishop next visits, or want to discuss your decision with a member of our clergy staff, please reach out to our Curate, Mawethu Ncaca.
