Godly Play takes place each Sunday at 10:30AM via Zoom. Email Sarah Bentley Allred for access link and password.
We’ve learned about many incredible people through our Godly Play Saint Stories, but there are many, many more! Most of the saints we’ve heard about are white Europeans. Let’s draw the circle wider. On August 23rd, families are invited to bring a picture of a Saint and share a little bit about that person’s life. A Saint is anyone who loves God and loves people/creation really well.
Prayer Ribbons at St. John’s
Stop by St. John’s and add a prayer ribbon (or a few!) to the posts between the church and education building.
Raising Antiracist Kids: Aug 23
A monthly gathering for folks looking for a place to process, gather ideas, and gain support from other parents invested in raising culturally competent children. Please LEARN something and take one ACTION before our gathering.
Ideas here! Join in the conversation on August 13th at 8-9PM via Zoom.
We are seeking individuals and families of all ages to connect the old fashioned way! The mission of the P4 Ministry is to commit to send a weekly encouraging message or picture and prayer to our pen pal. This is a great way to connect with someone from our Christian family and help them feel connected and encouraged during social distancing. Distancing doesn’t have to mean being isolated emotionally and relationally. If you would like to join this mission or find out more email Rachel Sosebee or call 614-595-1139.
